Indore, January 18, 2025: Ramesh Chandra Sharma (Dada), Founder of Shaurya Naman Foundation was honoured with Vindhya Gaurav Puraskar at the 4th session of the prestigious event organised by Sneha Awards and Management in Indore. The Foundation was honoured for its exceptional work in serving the families of martyrs and supporting their welfare.
The distinguished jury comprising Padma Shri Dr. Soma Ghosh, Captain A.D. Manek and Shri Gulab Shukla at the award ceremony praised the dedication and impressive work of the Foundation. Prominent personalities like Indore MLA Golu Shukla, educationist Dr. Sunil Tiwari, film actor Arjun Dwivedi and playback singer Kishan Bhagat attended the event.
On receiving the award, Dada expressed his gratitude to the families of the martyrs and said, “This award is a source of inspiration for us. We salute the brave soldiers who sacrificed their lives and we stand with their families in their hour of need.” In his speech, Dada emphasised that the Shaurya Naman Foundation is committed to the social, mental and economic upliftment of the families of martyrs. The Foundation provides education, health services and employment opportunities to these families, helping them lead a dignified life. The Foundation’s work has been well recognised, having previously received several prestigious awards including the Indian Icon Award, Gandhi Seva Ratna and Real Hero Award from the National Human Rights Commission in 2021.
