October 29, 2025 – President Droupadi Murmu created history today by becoming the first Indian head of state to fly in a Rafale fighter jet. The 30-minute sortie took off from the Indian Air Force (IAF) base in Ambala, Haryana, between 11:00 AM and 11:30 AM.
